This self-paced training introduces your managers to the foundational concepts and working Just Culture vocabulary. Through this course, your managers will learn to manage under the tenets of a Just Culture, which are accept the error, coach the at-risk choice, and consider a disciplinary sanction to reckless, knowledge and purpose behaviors. It will also offer scenarios and solutions on how to manage repetitive human error and at-risk behavior. Managers will learn how to evaluate the body of work, learn to and how to manage risk through improvement of system design, and the influence of behavioral choices.
