The Just Culture Conduct Course for Healthcare Managers and Influencers

Overview

Because of our substantial work in healthcare, we’ve built a healthcare specific version of our manager’s training. At 2.5 hours, it covers a subset of our longer 4-hour training: that of conduct evaluation. For managers who have to evaluate conduct in their healthcare workplace, this is the training for you.

Complimentary training on outcomes and body of work will be released in the Spring of 2024.
